Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Shipping coverage

We currently ship to most pin codes across India. We do not ship internationally at this time. You can check whether your pin code is serviceable at checkout.

2. Shipping charges

Any applicable shipping or COD charges are clearly shown at checkout before you place the order.

3. Dispatch and delivery timelines

Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays. Customised or made-to-order products may take longer; the expected timeline will be mentioned on the product page. Delivery may be delayed due to weather, festivals, strikes, or other events beyond our control.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is available for serviceable pin codes across India.
• Please pay the exact order amount in cash, or by UPI where the delivery agent supports it.
• We may call you to confirm COD orders before dispatch.
• Repeated refusal of COD deliveries may lead to COD being disabled for your account.

5. Order tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive the courier name and tracking number by email, SMS or WhatsApp. You can also contact us for the latest status.

6. Delivery attempts

Our courier partners make up to 3 delivery attempts. If the order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, unavailability or refusal, it will be returned to us. For prepaid orders, the amount will be refunded after deducting shipping charges.

7. Damaged or tampered packages

Please do not accept a package that appears tampered with or damaged. If you notice damage after opening, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or an unboxing video so we can help right away.
