1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to make a purchase. If you are under 18, you may use the Website only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

2. Account and information

You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when placing an order. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account.

3. Products and pricing

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
• Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.
• We try to display product colours, prints and textures as accurately as possible. Slight variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting during photography or the handcrafted nature of some fabrics. Such variations are not considered defects.
• We reserve the right to change prices, product descriptions or availability at any time without prior notice. Prices applicable are those shown at the time of placing the order.
• In case of an obvious pricing or listing error, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund of any amount paid.

4. Orders

An order is confirmed only after you receive an order confirmation by email, SMS or WhatsApp. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product unavailability, errors in pricing or product information, suspected fraud, or non-serviceable delivery locations. If a prepaid order is cancelled by us, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

5. Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

• UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking and wallets through our secure payment gateway.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) for serviceable pin codes. Please keep the exact amount ready, or pay by UPI to the delivery agent where supported. We may verify COD orders by phone before dispatch and may disable COD for customers with repeated refused deliveries.

We do not store your card or banking details. All online payments are processed securely by our payment gateway partner.

6. Shipping and delivery

Orders are shipped within India as described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.

7. Returns, exchanges, cancellations and refunds

You may return eligible products within 7 days and exchange them within 7 days of delivery, as described in our Return & Exchange Policy. Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Website, including text, product images, logos, graphics and designs, is the property of Indu Ethnic Wear or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use any content without our prior written permission.

9. Prohibited use

You agree not to:

• Use the Website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Place fake orders or misuse Cash on Delivery, offers or the returns process.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or interfere with the Website.
• Upload or transmit any harmful code or offensive content.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Indu Ethnic Wear shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that order.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Indu Ethnic Wear, its owners and employees from any claims, losses or damages arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Website.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of the Website after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
